THE SKYE BANK ‘LIKE AND DONATE’ CHARITY CAMPAIGN

                                                      http://on.fb.me/ZGDI3Q

Often, we see the less privileged children. They are all around us. We see them especially on the road. Sometimes they want to sell stuff to us like pure water, or render services to us like cleaning our windscreen. Sometimes they are simply begging for money. It is a usual reaction to be repulsed, feel pity or even anger. Yet, how many times have we thought of helping those kids? Knowing that kids who should be in school learning to be leaders of tomorrow should steer a need in us. Seeing, or learning about children dying of preventable diseases like malaria and measles due to lack of medical care should make us want to act.

As part of the children's day celebrations on May 27th, Skye bank is donating 1 million naira to helping the less privileged children in the society. They are even going a step further; they are involving you through the like and donate campaign.  To participate, visit the Skye bank fan page on Facebook (http://on.fb.me/ZGDI3Q) and like the fan page. One like on the fan page equals 50 naira.

If you have a charity
organization, you can participate by registering on the fan page with the idea of how you will use the donated funds to help the less privileged children. Five charity organizations with the best ideas will be shortlisted. Vote for the charity organization with the idea that wins your heart. The charity organization with the highest vote wins the donated money.
